An online help desk can process different department's enquiries online. Users will receive notifications on the progress of help currently underway, and can mark the help as completed once they received a satisfied answer. The major difference between a phone call and an online help desk is that all help are viewable later even if the help is concluded. Users can request help via entering information and selecting the appropriate department.
There can be flags for certain words which will activate an auto response.
Users can view the progress and submit additional information.
